Ground Floor Apartment attached to the main building, with own separate entrance.  Perfect for two guests, sofa bed for an extra guest (please ask at time of booking), dog friendly, travel cot available if required.  Access is via the lounge patio doors, with steps.

Sand Dune offers cosy, comfortable living accommodation, with the lounge patio doors opening on to its own private, south facing garden area – a real sun trap!

Garden  Bi-fold doors open from the lounge on to decking area, with two steps on to the lawn with gravel edging. The garden is fenced and safe for children and dogs. There are 2 sun chairs, and a picnic bench for outdoor eating on those long sunny days!

Outside facilities include off road parking at the front of the property for one car per apartment. Additional parking can be arranged, but must be requested at the time of booking.  Shared laundry facility with washing machine (coin operated) and sink for hand washing.  Shared wetsuit drying room.

Dogs – Well behaved dogs are welcome in Sand Dune, although please ask at time of booking to arrange this.

 

Sand Dune is available throughout the year with a minimum of 3 night stay.  During the summer months there is a minimum of 7 nights stay, with a Friday changeover.
